JOB TITLE:     Regulatory Solicitor
PQE:               NQ – 2 years’ PQE
LOCATION:    Greater Manchester
SALARY:        On application

OVERVIEW:
•You will be a member of growing Regulatory team, working closely with the Commercial Road Transport team, managing an interesting and varied caseload.
•Ensuring compliance with sector-specific regulations and providing defence in related litigation.
•Supporting clients in obtaining Traffic Commissioner operator licenses, navigating Public Inquiry hearings, handling Border Force appeals, and offering advice on Commercial Transport compliance.
•Engaging with a diverse client base to explore options for litigation resolution and ensure regulatory compliance.
•Aiding in the preparation for Judicial Reviews against governmental departments.
•Newly qualified solicitors up to 2 years PQE
•Candidates due to qualify and interested in this diverse area of law will be considered
•Preferred experience in Regulatory and/or Litigation law, but not mandatory
