OVERVIEW:

• As a member of the expanding Regulatory team, you will collaborate closely with the Commercial Road Transport team, managing an engaging and diverse caseload.
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and provide defence in related litigation matters.
• Assist clients in obtaining Traffic Commissioner operator licenses, navigating Public Inquiry hearings, handling Border Force appeals, and offering advice on Commercial Transport compliance.
• Engaging with a diverse client base to explore options for litigation resolution and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Newly qualified Solicitors and up to 2 years PQE candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Legal Professionals due to qualify with an interested in this area of law will also be considered.
• Experience in Regulatory and/or Litigation law is preferred but not essential.
