• The appointed Solicitor will manage a varied caseload, delivering specialised legal advice and representing clients in intricate Regulatory and Business Crime matters.

• The successful candidate will navigate complex cases on various Business Crime and Regulatory issues, such as fraud, bribery, corruption, money laundering, and Regulatory compliance.

• You will represent and advocate for Clients during investigations, negotiations, and Court proceedings.

• Our client is looking for a Solicitor with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience, however, they are also considering applications from CILEX or experienced Paralegals with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

• All candidates must possess Police Station Representative Accreditation, a valid driver’s license, and have access to an appropriate vehicle for work-related purposes.
