Pertemps believe that a “thank you” goes a long way and that, while money is a strong motivator, in itself it is not enough to keep motivation levels high so we show our appreciation to our staff in a number of ways:

Our Board of Directors remain close to the business and constantly monitor everybody’s progress at whatever level within the company.

Employees are directly congratulated on their achievements and Regional Directors arrange social events to celebrate success and encourage teamwork.

We also host an annual awards ceremony celebrating contribution to the business, achievements, long-service and commitment to local communities / charity.

The greatest accolade of each ceremony is the Connie Watts Award, named after our Founder and given by Tim Watts, Connie’s son. This award celebrates outstanding commitment and dedication to the role and company.

Support for local and national charities is always encouraged and supported, and we match funds raised by our employees in order to support their initiatives.
