JOB TITLE:        Property Litigation Lawyer
EXPERIENCE:    4 + years’

SALARY:           £45,000 - £55,000

The appointed Property Litigation Lawyer will be dealing with a range of complex Residential Property claims, including, but not limited to, boundary disputes, nuisance claims and property damage matters.

•You will provide legal advice and representation to clients on a range of Property Law issues. As well as, drafting legal documents, including court pleadings, correspondence, and settlement agreements.

•Applications are welcome from experienced Property Litigation Solicitors, Legal Executives and experienced Paralegals who will have gained a minimum of 4 years’ experience dealing will all types of property claims from inception and throughout litigation of Fast and Multi-track claims

•Our client will offer flexible working arrangements with 3 days a week worked remotely and 2 days a week worked in the office based in West Yorkshire.
