JOB TITLE:      Property Litigation Solicitor
EXPERIENCE:  3+ PQE
LOCATION:     West Yorkshire
SALARY:          up to £50,000

The appointed Property Litigation Solicitor will be dealing with a range of Residential Property disputes, including, but not limited to, boundary disputes, nuisance claims and property damage matters.

•You will provide legal advice and representation to clients on a range of Property Law issues. As well as, drafting legal documents, including court pleadings, correspondence, and settlement agreements.

•Applications are welcome from experienced Property Litigation Solicitors who will have gained a minimum of 3 years’ experience dealing will all types of Property Litigation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•Our client will offer flexible working arrangements with 3 days a week worked remotely and 2 days a week worked in the office based in West Yorkshire.
