Property Litigation Solicitor

PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR, 2-4 YEARS PQE, HERTFORDSHIRE, £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE) – A flexible and encouraging working environment are on offer. JOB REF: 6187.

• Applications are sought from Litigation Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 years PQE experience within Property Litigation, both residential and commercial.
• You will be responsible for a varied property litigation caseload to include contract disputes, property litigation, debt recovery, contentious probate, boundary disputes and landlord and tenant matters.
• You will be representing individuals and corporate clients, both claimant and defendant.
• You will have outstanding communication skills and work well within a team environment.
• Access to a car is preferable, as there could be travel between offices.
