• Candidates should have experience dealing with a range of commercial and residential property disputes.
• You will be working on contentious matters such as, rent recovery, service charges and forfeiture claims, possession, enforcement of easements, party wall issues, and beneficial interest disputes.
• Possessing an interest in business development is ideal and you must be able to generate new work to support the growth of the team, as well as demonstrate the ability to work independently.
