JOB TITLE: Residential Property Lawyer
PQE: NQ+
LOCATION: Derby
SALARY: £Up to circa 40k (DOE)

THE ROLE:
A Residential Property Lawyer is sought after to join an established practice in Derby to undertake a full and varied caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. If you are looking for a firm who are an excellent standard of care and service to clients, then this is the role for you. As the appointed Residential Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for your own caseload of matters from initial instruction through to completion.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with proven technical expertise in handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. If you’re a highly experienced Fee Earner with a soundtrack record of dealing with your own caseload we would be keen to hear from you. Ideally you will have at least 1 years’ experience of handling your own caseload of residential property matters including transfer of equity, new builds, remortgages, sales and purchases and equity release schemes. Newly Qualified Solicitors who are able to demonstrate a strong track record in dealing with residential property matters are encouraged to apply.
