JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor
PQE: 6+
LOCATION: Norwich
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
A top law firm in Norwich is looking to appoint an experienced and knowledgeable Residential Property Solicitor into their highly successful team. Acting all types of residential property transactions, the appointed Residential Property Solicitor will be expected to advise on the whole conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion on behalf of a diverse client base including high end matters. The appointed Residential Property Solicitor will also possess the ability to deal with complex related matters. Acting for high net worth individuals, the role will encompass advising on sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold and high value properties, and supporting other team members on a variety of matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
Ideal Residential Property Solicitors will have at least 6 years of experience of dealing with the broad spectrum of residential property including complex and high-end matters. Individuals who have a following or a strong working knowledge of the market are encouraged to apply. With a desire to be a part of a growing practice and play an integral role in the development of the team. Handling your own caseload of matters, you will be responsible for building and developing the residential property offerings in the Norwich market.
