Job Description
Pertemps is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic Housing and Integrated Services Team in North London. This is a great opportunity to support residents to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes.
You will:
- Complete functional assessments and recommend appropriate housing adaptations
- Work collaboratively with housing teams, surveyors, health partners and social care colleagues
- Support service users to maximise independence and reduce risks within the home
- Contribute to person‑centred plans and provide professional advice on equipment and adaptations
- Experience working within housing, adaptations, reablement or integrated community teams
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong assessment and report‑writing skills
- Eligibility to work in the UK
