ISE Partners, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking a talented and experienced Team Assistant for a prestigious Private Equity Firm located in the heart of Mayfair. You'll be surrounded by high-calibre individuals who demand and achieve high standards, and who expect their Assistants to reflect their style.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple diaries and coordinate European and UK travel arrangements, often with last-minute changes.
• Support a team of 6-10 professionals, including at the Partner level.
• Collaborate with the Support Services team, which includes an Office Manager, Receptionist, and another Team Assistant.
• Provide coverage for team members during holidays and breaks, contributing to a supportive and cohesive unit.
• Deliver a caring, 5-Star TA service, managing large personalities and multitasking effectively.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in Fund or Investment Banking supporting a team.
• Demonstrable experience of being hardworking and flexible.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle last-minute changes with ease.
• A desire to work among high-calibre individuals and provide top-notch support.
