As a Client Relations Advisor you will be dealing with submissions to land registry.  Your role is pivotal in ensuring that every transaction runs smoothly and leaves a positive impression to all external stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with processing client applications through to completion
• Corresponding with clients and customers by phone and email
• Administrative duties including archiving, data entry, photcopying and filing
• Dealing with incoming calls and enquiries
• Work to and maintain Service Level Agreements
• Ensure compliance with company policy
• Other ad hoc duties as and when required

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detial
• Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
• Proficiency in Microsoft Packages
