Location: Newport, Wales

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable HGV driver to join our team in Newport. As a Refuse Driver, you will be responsible for the collection and disposal of waste materials. You will be driving HGV onsite and offsite to deliver recycling materials. Working hours are Monday to Friday and option available for an overtime.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely operating a refuse collection vehicle.
Collecting household and commercial waste from designated routes.
Adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.
Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle.
Working effectively as part of a team.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
Valid HGV driving license.
Excellent driving skills and a good understanding of road regulations.
Physical fitness to perform manual labour.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications:
Experience in refuse collection.
Knowledge of local roads and traffic conditions.
