LGV C+E Driver

We are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 1 Drivers to work for our client based in the Minworth area of Birmingham. 1 drop trunking. Working week consists of 40 hours MAX! Monday to Friday. Ongoing role throughout the rest of 2024 and 2025.

The job will involve inter-depot trunking & RDC work, delivery of pallets (NO HANDBALL) The work will be ongoing for the right candidate as there is an-all-year round requirement for temporary driving staff.

HGV Class 1 Driver hours of work:

- Start time of 13:00hrs
- Shift lengths will be generally be 6-8 hours but 8 hours will be paid!
- 1-3 drops per day
- 40 hour working week
- No overtime
- Ideal for those with a morning school run

HGV Class 1 Driver Rates of Pay:

- £14.50 per hour (PAYE) Monday to Friday
- Minimum 8 hours paid

Requirements for the role:

- HGV Class 1 licence held for AT LEAST 2 years
- Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph
- 2 years experience
