What You’ll Be Doing: ✔ Supporting students with SEMH needs in small class settings
✔ Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
✔ Building trust and consistency with vulnerable learners
✔ Supporting academic engagement across KS3 & KS4
✔ Working closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams

We’re Looking For:

• Experience in SEMH, PRU, youth work or similar settings
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A calm, firm but fair approach
• Someone who genuinely believes every young person deserves success
