The Role:

Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Brent
Interview Date: Immediate
Contract: Full-Time / Term Time Only
Salary: £103 – £115 per day (depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4 who have a range of additional needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language)
Providing tailored 1:1 support and small group interventions to boost confidence, engagement, and academic achievement
Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive and positive learning environment
Helping students build independence, resilience, and a love of learning
Working closely with the SENCO, teachers, and external professionals to ensure every student thrives

What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with students with SEN (secondary experience ideal, but not essential)
A proactive, energetic, and positive attitude
Confidence in building strong relationships with young people
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs
