37 Hours per Week Location: County Hall, Worcester Team: Young Adults Team (16 - 25), All Age Disability Team The Role Post of Social Worker within the All Age Disability (AAD) Service working in the Young Adults Team (16 – 25) with specialist skills across Adult Services and Children’s Services. The AAD aims to make a difference to all children and young people aged 0 – 25 with SEN and additional needs. Experience of working in transitions in essential. 
£32.67ph
