Children’s Social Care, Placement Finding and Brokerage Officer, Bury 
Pay rate £25.20 per hour 
Contract role, Placement Finding and Brokerage Officer  
 
We are recruiting for experienced Placement Finding and Brokerage Officer in the Bury area. 
You will need experience of working within Children’s Social Services in a similar setting. 
Details 

• The primary focus of this role is to find and secure placements and support services for children and young people who need our care and support. You will need to identify services to meet the needs and outcomes of the child which is high quality, best value for money and available when a child needs it. 

• You will need to build good working relationships with a range of professionals both inside and outside the Local Authority, including care providers, social care, education and health. You will work with professionals to understand the needs of the child and ensure that referrals are strengths based so that targeted searches can be completed to meet their needs and outcomes.
