Job Description
Please note, this is a Contract opportunity and only apply if you have the Right to Work in the UK and has relevant experience.
You will be:
- Handing complex planning applications, appeals and pre – application enquiries.
- Producing reports and ensuring compliance.
- Community engagement.
- Conducting research and analysing data on land use, environment and demographics to inform planning decisions.
- Enforcing regulations.
- Policy development.
- Right to work in the UK – the Council will not be able to provide sponsorship for this opportunity.
- A degree in a relevant field and proven working experience of working as a Planning Officer.
- Relevant Industry knowledge.
- Previous experience of working within a Council is beneficial but not essential.
- A Dedicated Consultant specialising in their Sector to ensure candidate satisfaction and matching you to the right role.
- A smooth compliance and payroll system.
