Job Description

You will be:
- Managing Complex Planning Projects – overseeing large scale developments projects.
- Providing Strategic Advice.
- Supervising Teams – supporting the team manager in managing the team of officers.
- Working on the council’s policy developments.
- Engaging with stakeholders.
- Conducting site visits and assessments.
- Right to work in the UK – the Council will not be able to provide sponsorship for this opportunity.
- A degree in a relevant field and proven working experience of working as a Planning Officer.
- Relevant Industry knowledge.
- Previous experience of working within a Council is beneficial but not essential.
- A Dedicated Consultant specialising in their Sector to ensure candidate satisfaction and matching you to the right role.
- A smooth compliance and payroll system.
