A fast-growing company is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to join their marketing team. This role focuses on creating engaging content including posts, graphics and short-form media to drive online engagement and brand awareness.
The position offers a competitive salary plus a monthly bonus scheme with first year OTE of £32,000 – £35,000. Employees also benefit from company incentives including bonuses, rewards and international team holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging social media content for multiple platforms.
- Develop ideas for posts, campaigns and promotions.
- Produce graphics, captions and short-form content.
- Work with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging.
- Track engagement and suggest improvements to content strategy.
- Stay up to date with trends and social media best practices.
- Assist with planning and scheduling upcoming content.
- Experience creating social media content.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Basic design or editing skills beneficial.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
