We’re working with an exciting and growing company who are looking for a Social Media Manager to oversee and manage their online presence. This role is primarily focused on posting, messaging and managing social media communication across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily social media activity across multiple platforms.
- Respond to messages, enquiries and comments in a professional and timely manner.
- Schedule and publish posts to maintain active engagement.
- Monitor social media performance and audience engagement.
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve engagement.
- Assist with community management and audience growth.
- Previous experience managing social media accounts.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Good understanding of major social media platforms.
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
