Company: Online Provider of Spare Parts for Garden, Forest, and Construction Machinery
Hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
Compensation: £12.00 - £13.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join our team, specializing in phone support for our online spare parts business. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting our customers by providing expert advice and support for garden, forest, and construction machinery parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, providing exceptional customer service and technical support.
• Identify and recommend the appropriate spare parts based on customer requirements and machinery specifications.
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and resolving any issues related to their purchases.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product range, staying updated on new products and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims efficiently and professionally.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline support processes.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a parts advisor or similar role, preferably within the garden, forest, or construction machinery industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of machinery parts and the ability to identify parts accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong phone presence.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer support tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work within the specified hours of 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday.
