Apprenticeship Trainer / Skills Coach – Flexible, Home-Based
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading training provider for an experienced Apprenticeship Trainer to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to work closely with Levy clients, supporting staff development and delivering high-quality apprenticeship programmes.

Key responsibilities:
  • Carry out learner inductions onto apprenticeship programmes
  • Train, coach, and assess across a range of apprenticeship programmes
Required:
    • Team Leader / Supervisor Level 3
    • Operations Manager Level 5
    • Functional Skills (Maths & English)
Desirable:
    • Customer Service Level 2 & 3
    • Business Admin Level 3
    • Project Manager Level 4
    • Passenger Transport Level 2
    • Supply Chain Level 3
  • Support learners to develop Functional Skills to the required level
  • Prepare learners for End Point Assessment within agreed timeframes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date learner documentation
  • Work to quality standards and achievement targets
  • Keep up to date with sector developments and undertake relevant CPD
Skills, experience and qualifications:
  • Qualified assessor (A1, TAQA, CAVA, or D32/D33)
  • Teaching qualification desirable (PTLLS or equivalent) or willingness to work towards
  • Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths and English
  • Vocational competence in Team Leading and Management
  • Experience coaching and assessing across multi-disciplinary apprenticeship programmes
  • Experience supporting Functional Skills delivery and testing
  • Confident using e-portfolio systems
