Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive | Devon | Full Time | Permanent | £45,000–£60,000 DOE | Hybrid Working

A long established and well respected law firm in Devon is looking to welcome a Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive) to its close knit and supportive team. With strong roots in the local community, the firm has built its reputation on exceptional client care, long standing relationships, and quality legal work, not unrealistic targets.

The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of your own residential conveyancing caseload, handling matters from instruction through to completion. Work will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re mortgages, transfers of equity, and more complex issues such as easements and unregistered land. With experienced colleagues and dedicated administrative support around you, you’ll have the time and space to focus on doing the job properly and delivering excellent outcomes for clients.

About You
• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with solid residential conveyancing experience
• Confident managing files independently
• Organised, detail focused, and client centred
• Personable and collaborative, with a team focused mindset
• A few years’ post qualification experience would be ideal, though strong candidates at other levels will be considered
