Case Officer, 3+ years’ experience, £44,000 - £47,000 DOE. London/ Hybrid. THE ROLE:
The appointed legal professional will be responsible for managing a range of cases, including investigations, enforcement actions, fitness to practise matters, and interim suspensions. You will make decisions and contribute to the continuous improvement of regulatory decision making. Additionally, you will support litigation as needed and collaborate closely with colleagues across the organisation to achieve shared objectives.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor, barrister, FCILEx in England and Wales, or a foreign-qualified lawyer with relevant experience. You will have solid understanding of legal processes or litigation, and strong case management skills to handle complex issues, work independently, and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
