REGULATORY BARRISTER – FITNESS TO PRACTISE, 5 + YEARS’ PQE, LONDON/HYBRID, £60,000 - £75,000. •The barrister’s duties include managing a team of in-house Presenting Officers, coordinating the deployment of external advocates, and maintaining high standards of representation throughout statutory committee hearings.

•The role is primarily managerial, however, it also requires advocacy in complex cases and occasional appearances before the High Court.

•This is a hybrid role, requiring one to two days in the office each week, with the remaining time worked remotely.

•The organisation is seeking a qualified barrister with at least five years’ PQE who has experience in professional regulation or a regulatory environment.

•The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tribunal advocacy and interpreting complex legislation, case law, and guidance, combined with strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills, with experience in high-profile cases.
