COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS LAWYER 2+ YEARS PQE, HAMPSHIRE, £30,000 - £50,000 (DOE) – A unique opportunity for an experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join a leading firm. JOB REF: 6177.

• Applications are sought from Solicitors, Legal Executives or Paralegals with a minimum of 2 Years experience of commercial contracts.
• You will be responsible for ensuring the firm’s contractual agreements are sound, enforceable, and beneficial.
• You will draft contracts, review contracts and negotiate contracts for the firm and offer legal advice.
• It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well to tight deadlines.
