Commercial Lawyer

JOB TITLE: Commercial Lawyer (In-house)
PQE REQUIRED: 2+
LOCATION: Northampton
SALARY: £70K - £80K + car allowance

THE ROLE: This is a broad general commercial role supporting the Head of Legal. It offers the opportunity to continue to develop as an all-rounder in-house counsel. Whilst a focus will be on the review and negotiation of terms and conditions, the Legal Counsel will also provide general in-house legal support and guidance,


THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will:
• be a general commercial solicitor with a couple of years’ experience including some time in-house
• have solid contract law experience working on a wide range of contracts and commercial agreements
• have some experience in data protection law and GDPR or a desire to develop expertise in this area of law
• have excellent verbal and written communications skills
• have the ability to manage and prioritise a diverse workload
