• This award-winning law firm is recognised nationally for the exceptional quality of its work and lawyers, as well as its impressive record in employee welfare.
• Applications are sought from Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE in life sciences.
• You will be given client responsibilities from the start and can expect to have the opportunity to run your own caseload and responsibility for mentoring junior lawyers.
• You can expect to work with colleagues across the firm on firm-wide matters and the development of new business initiatives.
• You will be responsible for advising on IP licensing and partnering transactions, clinical trial arrangements, research collaborations, IP advisory and protection and regulatory issues in life sciences.
• You must be able to demonstrate a strong commercial approach to your work and have excellent drafting and verbal/written communication skills and attention to detail.
