JOB TITLE: Company Commercial Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3+ years PQE
LOCATION: North Yorkshire (Commutable from Harrogate, Leeds, Malton, Selby, Wetherby, York)
THE ROLE:
Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced Company Commercial Solicitor to handle a varying caseload of Company commercial work. This will include merges and acquisitions, joint ventures, various agreements, contracts, and company formations.
THE SOLICITOR:
The successful Company Commercial Solicitor will have at least 3 years’ pqe. You will be used to working on high calibre Company transactions and will be looking to continue developing your career within this area of law, building client relationships and improving your technical and commercial skills along the way.
