Wanted experienced Claims Technicians to join a leading Insurance Company that specialises in claims management services. Our client is currently experiencing constant expansion and growth and we are looking for talented Claims Technicians to join  the dynamic Commercial Subsidence Team.

As a Claims Technician, you will be at the forefront of operations. You'll be the go-to person for clients and policyholders, addressing any queries they may have about their subsidence claims. But that's not all! You'll also proactively manage your own claim portfolio, ensuring that tasks are completed promptly and efficiently. Our task diary system will be your trusty sidekick in keeping things organised.

You'll have the opportunity to showcase your strong administrative skills by recommending and processing payments, generating reports and letters for clients, and collaborating with contractors and external suppliers to make sure everything runs smoothly. We value open communication, so you'll also be handling any complaints from our valued customers and suppliers, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

To excel in this role, previous experience in claims or insurance is a must. We're searching for someone who is not only organised and diligent but also possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills. You'll need to be comfortable using computer-based claims handling systems with the ability to handle demanding customers with finesse.
