  • Drive Decisions: Utilize your expertise to make informed decisions, ensuring a smooth and effective claims process for all parties involved.

  • Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Claims handling, with a proven track record of managing claims efficiently and effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating computer-based claims handling systems and adept at using technology to streamline the claims process.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent listening and communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and empathetically to clients and colleagues.
  • Empathy and Understanding: A natural ability to empathize with clients, providing support and guidance throughout the claims process.

Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your workload efficiently in a remote setting.
