Job Description
Location: Cardiff, Gwent (hybrid/flexible working)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)
A well-established regional law firm is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their team. This role offers a varied caseload and a supportive, collaborative working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including workplace, public liability, and road traffic accident claims
- Provide clear, practical advice to clients
- Liaise with external stakeholders where required
- Maintain compliance and accurate file management
- Support junior team members and contribute to team development
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Minimum 2 years’ PQE or equivalent experience
- Experience in personal injury claims (workplace accidents, PL, RTA)
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Collaborative and team-focused approach
Desirable:
- Experience with trade unions or professional memberships (e.g., APIL)
