OVERVIEW:
• Manage a varied and demanding caseload of fast track and multi-track RTA matters, alongside employer’s liability and public liability claims.
• Exercise full conduct of files from initial instruction through to settlement or trial.
• Undertake liability investigations, evidence gathering and drafting of pleadings.
• Instruct and liaise with experts and counsel as required.
• Conduct negotiations and progress matters efficiently towards resolution.
• Ensure strict compliance with procedural rules and court deadlines.
• Utilise the firm’s case management system to support effective file handling.
• Work within a modern, well resourced and technology driven environment designed to enhance productivity and client care.
• Adopt a proactive and collaborative approach, supported by tools and resources that encourage professional development and effective case progression.
• Minimum of 3 years’ PQE in personal injury law.
• Proven experience handling fast track and multi-track RTA cases, as well as employer’s liability and public liability claims, from inception to conclusion.
• Strong technical expertise and excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and highly motivated, with a commitment to delivering outstanding client care.
• Able to work autonomously while contributing positively to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and embrace new ways of working.
