Maintenance Engineer

Pertemps West Bromwich are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer who is electrically biased to join our established client based in Wednesbury.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will ensure smooth operation and maintenance to the company electrical systems and machinery.

Duties include (but are not limited to):
-Carry out maintenance and inspections of electrical equipment and machinery
-General maintenance tasks including diagnose and repairing electrical faults
-Ensure all health and safety guidelines are being adhered to
-Collaborate with other maintenance team members and departments
-Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and update when necessary

The Ideal Candidate:
-Previous experience within a similar role is essential
-Strong knowledge of electrical systems is essential
-Ability to interpret and read technical drawings
-Excellent problem-solving skills
-Good communication skills

Hours:
39 hours per week - to be discussed at interview stage

Pay Rate:
Dependent on experience

This position is available for an immediate start after a successful interview.
Temp to perm for the suitable candidate after a trial period.
