Location: Covering East to West Midlands
Salary: £42,000 – £46,000 + Overtime + Van + Fuel Card + Excellent Benefits

Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Servicing, breakdown repairs, and remedial works on air conditioning and HVAC systems
- Fault finding and diagnostics across mechanical and electrical building services
- Covering sites across the East to West Midlands
- Participating in a 1-in-5 call-out rota (£75 per standby)
Requirements
- Proven experience as a multiskilled air conditioning engineer or in commercial HVAC services
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. FGAS certification, NVQ Level 2/3, or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence
Package and Benefits
- £42,000 – £46,000 basic salary
