Pay Rate: £16.17 per hour
Hours per Week: 37
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
Location: Weston-Super-Mare
Expected Length of Contract: 2 months
We are looking for someone with strong administration experience to join our Lettings team as a Lettings Administrator for 2 months to support the team with daily administration and customer communications.
Duties will include:
- Covering our duty inbox, responding to internal and external emails.
- Taking calls and arranging call backs to customers.
- Data entry.
- Closing down files and ensuring tenancy documents are filed correctly.
- Excellent customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintain detailed records, and ensure all administrative processes are followed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance.
- Ability to address and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Efficient in managing time to meet deadlines and handle a high volume of work.
- Proficient in using property management software, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel), and email systems.
- Ability to work well within a team and support colleagues.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the property or real estate industry.
