Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant at our client site in
Pontefract WF6 1GY
This is a temporary role with a potential permanent position for the right candidate after 3 months
The job role includes:
- Performance data tracking and sharing periodically through the day with strategic partners
- Update training matrix and report on any upcoming expiry dates
- Update site communication boards
- Minute taking in site meetings
- Organise induction paperwork for upcoming inductions
- Must be computer literate
- Experience in Microsoft packages would be an advantage
Pay Rate is £13.33ph
Shifts are Tuesday-Saturday. 22:00-06:00.
