Key Responsibilities:

Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that students engage with their work and maintain a positive learning environment.
Deliver pre-set lesson plans and support students in their academic endeavours.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere conducive to learning.
Manage student behaviour effectively, promoting respect and cooperation among peers.
Collaborate with teaching staff to monitor student progress and report on classroom activities.

Qualifications:

A degree in a specialist subject relevant to the curriculum.
PGCE qualification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in various educational settings.
