📦 Warehouse Operative / Parcel Sorter – Wakefield 📦
We are currently recruiting reliable and hard-working Warehouse Operatives / Parcel Sorters to join a fast-paced parcel distribution centre in Wakefield, based at the Yorkshire Parcel Hub.
🕒 Shift Options & Pay Rates:
  • Early Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm - £12.54 per hour
  • Late Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm - £13.90 per hour
  • Night Shift: 10:00pm – 6:00am - £15.11 per hour
    (Choose the shift that suits your schedule!)
The role is being offered on a temporary ongoing basis.
🔧 Job Duties:
  • Sorting parcels by postcode and destination
  • Loading and unloading parcels from vans and conveyor belts
  • Ensuring accurate handling of parcels to avoid damages
  • Keeping the warehouse clean and safe
  • Working to tight deadlines in a team environment
✅ Requirements:
  • Good level of physical fitness – heavy lifting may be involved
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Ability to work at a fast pace
  • Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided!
