Job Description
Location: Swindon
Contract: 3 Months Ongoing
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2–3 Days Onsite
Rate: £74 per hour (Umbrella)
Role Overview: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join a forward-thinking organisation in Swindon on an initial 3-month ongoing contract.
This is a senior, strategic role where you will partner with leadership teams to drive organisational change, workforce planning, and HR transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on all HR matters
- Lead on organisational design, change management, and transformation programmes
- Drive workforce planning and talent strategies aligned to business objectives
- Provide strategic insight on employee relations, performance, and engagement
- Support the delivery of HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice
Requirements
- Proven experience operating at a senior HR Business Partner level
- Strong background in organisational change and transformation
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment
