We are currently recruiting for a Customer Sales Advisor to join a busy and customer-focused store operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, thrives in a customer-facing environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
The store is the operational heart of the business, and you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive a consistently high level of service while helping the store achieve its financial targets.
The Role As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will:
- Handle sales enquiries over the phone and face-to-face
- Advise customers on available services and maximise every sales opportunity
- Contribute to achieving weekly, monthly and annual sales targets
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and in line with company procedures
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are always followed
- Support bad debt control processes
- Undertake lone working when required and act as key holder in management absence
- Carry out physical store rounds and forklift duties where required
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience as a customer sales adviser
- Is confident speaking with customers both in person and over the phone
- Has a proactive, sales-driven mindset
- Works well independently and within a small team
- Is organised, detail-oriented and comfortable following procedures
- Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service
