Rate: £27 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract: 3 months ongoing
Location: West London (office based)
We are currently recruiting a Damp & Mould Performance & Improvement Officer to join a local authority housing service in West London.
This role will support the delivery and continuous improvement of damp and mould works, working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure lessons learned are embedded into daily practice and service KPIs are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting continuous improvement in damp and mould service delivery
- Monitoring performance and contributing to KPI and contractual reporting
- Managing and tracking written and electronic correspondence across the service
- Providing administrative and operational support to the damp and mould team
- Representing the Council at resident engagement and scrutiny meetings
- Working collaboratively with internal teams and external contractors to resolve repair issues
- Experience within housing, repairs, or a local authority environment
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Confident communicating with residents and stakeholders
- Performance-focused with a collaborative “One Team” approach
