Job Description
Vox are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our well-established client. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to take on a varied role involving installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning systems across both residential and commercial sites.
As part of our dedicated engineering team, you will be responsible for:
- Installing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning systems including Splits, Multi-splits, VRVs, and FCUs
- Operating across a mix of domestic and commercial environments
- Delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining excellent customer service standards
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 15 years of hands-on industry experience
- A strong working knowledge of air conditioning systems, from installation to servicing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and Outlook
- A proactive, adaptable, and trustworthy approach to work
- Reside within 15 miles from Dartford
- Hold a full, valid UK driving licence
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Technical Certifications: F-Gas, Safe Handling, City & Guilds, Electrical
- Health & Safety Certifications: CSCS, PASMA, IPAF, or equivalent
- Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per year (depending on experience)
- Job Type: Full-time, permanent
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Overtime: Evening and weekend overtime available
