Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out electrical repairs, installations, servicing, and testing to a high standard.
- Fault finding and rewiring domestic electrical systems in line with BS7671 regulations.
- Working towards first-time fix solutions, ensuring jobs are completed safely and efficiently.
- Liaising with customers and colleagues to provide updates on work progress.
- Supporting planned works such as bathroom, kitchen, and full property rewires.
- Participating in the out-of-hours emergency call-out rota.
- Maintaining company vehicles and equipment to a safe and high standard.
- Supporting apprentices and trainees with on-the-job learning.
- Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 / 2330 Levels 2 & 3 or equivalent.
- City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent (desirable).
- Strong knowledge of BS7671 and practical electrical experience.
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
- Good IT skills and excellent customer care abilities.
- Ability to work safely, independently, and as part of a team.
