Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will be highly organised, confident, and able to use your own initiative to solve problems and complete tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage emails, calendars, and appointments using Microsoft Outlook.
- Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, and filing.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is up to date.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the coordination of meetings, events, and other business activities.
- Prioritise tasks and work independently to meet deadlines.
Requirements:- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and general computer applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to use own initiative.
- Reliable, adaptable, and quick to learn new processes.
- Previous administrative experience essential.
Desirable Skills:- Experience in office coordination or similar role.
- Knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications or industry-specific software.
