📍 North West London | 3–6 Month Contract (Ongoing)
£400 per day (Umbrella) | Full-Time
We are currently working with a Local Authority in North West London seeking an experienced Property Services Surveyor to join their team on an interim basis
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional surveying services across a diverse property portfolio.
- Undertake inspections, identify defects, and specify necessary remedial works.
- Manage maintenance and capital works projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure statutory compliance and health & safety standards are met across properties.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure works are delivered on time and within budget.
- Proven experience in property surveying within a public sector or local authority environment.
- Strong knowledge of building pathology, contract management, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- MRICS or similar qualification (desirable but not essential).
- Duration: 3–6 months initially (with potential to extend)
- Rate: £400 per day (Umbrella)
- Start: ASAP
