Job Description

Vox are currently recruiting Air Conditioning Sales Executive. This role is ideal for a skilled salesperson with AC & ventilation knowledge and a talent for customer relations and securing work.
As part of our dedicated engineering team, you will be responsible for:
  • Conducting site surveys for new enquiries
  • Preparing and issuing quotations for new projects
  • Managing all customer communications via phone and email in a professional manner
  • Following up on outstanding quotations to secure business
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to confirm lead times, costs, and technical specs
  • Maintaining records of enquiries, quotes, and conversion rates
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
  • Keeping up to date with new products and solutions in the HVAC market
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Hold a valid full UK driving licence
  • Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the air conditioning industry
  • Strong sales and quoting skills
  • • Excellent organisation, communication, and client-facing skills
  • Confident with IT systems, CRMs, and basic marketing tools
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on growth
  • Be confident, personable, and well-presented
Essential Requirements
  • Reside within 15 miles from Dartford
  • Hold a full, valid UK driving licence
  • Strong sales and quoting skills
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and client-facing skills
  • Confident with IT systems, CRMs, and basic marketing tools
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on growth
  • Be confident, personable, and well-presented
What We Offer
  • Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 per year (depending on experience)
  • Commission up to £90,000
  • Location : Office and Mobile as required
  • Job Type: Full-time, permanent
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:30 (flexibility required to meet customer needs)
  • 28 days annual leave
  • Laptop, credit card and phone provided
